• We accept online payments, UPI, bank transfers, and cash-on-delivery (if applicable).

• Payments must be completed before dispatching any order.

• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We will deliver the products with 10-15 days. 

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

• TCD Jewellers is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

• Any additional customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

• we will deliver the replaced/exchanged products with 8-10 days.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Customers must provide proof of purchase and images of the defect.

• Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable.

6. Warranty and Repairs

• Our jewellery comes with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper care is not covered.

• Repair services may be available at additional costs.
